Hi, Austin. I'm Robinson, and I’m happy to help you today.

Please share the minidump files to help identify what is causing the crash.

1-Right-click on Start then click on Run

2-Type: C:\Windows\Minidump and click on OK

3-Compact the minidump files, save them to OneDrive or Google Drive and share them here
