Hi Microsoft Support Community,
I have been getting BSOD on my desktop about one to three times per month between January 2024 and June 2024. When this first started, the error message was "KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED". After about 4-5 crashes between January and April, I submitted a question to the support form here and was advised that the concern was around my Network Adapters/LAN & Wifi Drivers. I installed an older version of the driver, as advised, and was fine for a month.
The BSOD continued in May with two system errors two days in a row. The next day, I updated all my PC drivers, which again seemed to fix the issue until this past weekend in June, when the system errors have continued. The errors in May and June have sometimes been different than KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED.
My computer has rebooted fine after each BSOD.
Here are the mini-dump files prior to my previous support post (January - April): Koller Mini Dump 2024.04.15.zip
Here are the mini-dump files since then (May - June): Koller Mini Dump 2024.06.17.zip
Could someone help me determine if these system errors are all coming from the same root issue and what some additional trouble shooting tips are?
Please let me know what clarifying questions you all have for me!

Hi Robinson,
Thank you for assisting and sorry for my delayed reply. The problematic computer is my desktop, a Dell Inspiron 5680.
Here are the screen shots of my Network Adapters, the General tab for my Wireless Adapter and the Driver tab for my Wireless Adapter. What specific information do you need from my system info?
Hi, Dave. I'm Robinson, and I’m happy to help you today.
The new minidumps still point to a problem with the network driver. Please provide some more details to help identify what is causing this problem. Are you using a laptop or a desktop? Which is the model of your computer/laptop or motherboard?
Also, attach a screenshot of the System Information Page:
1-Right-click on Start then click on Run
2-Type: msinfo32 and click on Ok
And a screenshot of the version of the driver installed:
1-Right-click on Start then click on Device Manager
2-Click to expand the Network adapters
3-Right-click on the Wifi/Ethernet driver and click on properties
4-Take a screenshot of the General
5- Go to the Driver tab and take a screenshot
You can see at this link how to include a screenshot in your post.
