Hi, kirbster 1 Welcome to Microsoft Community. We understand that you have encountered the problem that Windows Security will prompt "There is no TPM available. Please check your BIOS settings", which may be caused by the device compatibility test of Windows 11 system. If you find that TPM2.0 is working normally in the device manager and there are no other problems in the system, you can directly ignore this problem. In addition, you can feed back your questions about the TPM2.0 error prompt through Feedback Hub, and the development team will regularly review submissions for ideas or fixes. Please share the feedback link here after submitting as it will allow others on the forum to vote for your submission, including me. More votes will lead to more visibility and higher priority to the development team.Best RegardsNicholas.Z| Microsoft Community Support Specialist
Security Processor Details
Windows 11 23H2 22631.3810 OEM version
Is this a new bug in the Windows Operating system?
You go to Windows Security>Device Security>Core Isolation>Security Processor Details and you get the warning that there is NO TPM AVAILABLE.
However if you go to Device Manager>Security Devices>TPM >Properties it shows that the device is working.
Exit out of Windows Security, go back to Security Processor Details ....THEN it will show it is working.

2024-07-04T08:25:25+00:00 Hi, kirbster 1
Thank you for your reply! Generally speaking, TPM2.0 is related to your motherboard hardware, and this prompt you encounter usually does not affect your system use.I noticed that you have submitted your feedback, and we will vote for your feedback, and the Microsoft development team will improve it in subsequent updates. In addition, if you want to try to solve this problem, you can try the schemes in this link (note: before implementing these schemes, you must back up your personal files to avoid losing them after resetting): Troubleshoot the TPM - Windows Security | Microsoft Learn. And the method of clearing TPM2.0:1. go to "start" > settings > "&"> Windows security center > device security".2. Under Security Processor, select Security Processor Details.3. Select Troubleshoot Security Processor, and then select Clear TPM under Clear TPM.The device needs to be restarted to complete this process.source: Update your security processor (TPM) firmware - Microsoft SupportGenerally speaking, we don't recommend you to carry out the above methods, because they are complicated and may cause your files to be lost, but if you want to operate, you must back up your files. At the same time, since the problem is bound to the motherboard firmware, it is recommended that you also contact your computer manufacturer. If the problem persists, you may need to update or reset your Bios. If you are going to modify BIOS Settings, please back up all your personal files first to ensure you do not lose data.
Thank you for your understanding! Please feel free to contact us if things progress.
