Thanks for your reply. If other troubleshooting steps, including a PC Reset, fail, a clean installation of the Windows operating system may be necessary. This is the most effective way to fix any underlying issues.

    Before proceeding, ensure you have:

An empty USB drive with at least 8GB of space and a working PC to download and create the Windows 10 installation media.

    Instructions:

    1. Visit the official Microsoft website: https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/win...
    2. Click on "Download tool Now."
    3. Run the downloaded tool and follow the on-screen instructions to create the bootable USB drive.

    On your affected PC:

    1. Start the PC with the Windows 10 USB flash drive.
    2. Press any key to continue.
    3. Click Next.
    4. Click Install Now.
    5. If you're reinstalling, choose "I don't have a product key".
    6. Setup will also prompt you to select the edition you have a license for Home or Pro. Choose the same edition you had a license for.
    7. Check the "I accept the license terms" option.
    8. Click Next.
    9. Select "Custom: Install Windows only (advanced)".
    10. Select the option to delete all existing partitions.
    11. Follow the screen prompts to complete.

first the picture you displayed is the computer post screen giving you option of heading into the bios to readjust your settings.

So the first question you should be asking is what do i need to check in the bios to ensure my computer can boot past the computer post screen.

Things you need to consider are all based on operating system in use I.E Windows 11.

With Windows 11 you need to set Windows mode, TPM, CSM correctly make sure you are using UEFI feature of the bios not the Msr side.

Next make sure your hard drive is configured if using 3tb or more is set to use GPT using Diskpart. not Msr for up to 2TB hard drives.

you will need guide for configuring your bios to Windows 11 set up for smooth running of your computer.

Windows 10 and earlier does not need to be configured to use UEFI feature in the bios but you need to ensure you computer bios is configured to use legacy device and PCI feature etc are configured properly otherwise you be caught in a loop all the time or get black screen etc.

Have you also tried a PC reset? How about accessing Safe Mode to update your drivers from there?
