Wrong level cpu & OS system environment variables on just bought used laptop

Ok so I just bought like 2 days ago and 2019 mfg date ACER ASPIRE 5 RYZEN 3 3200U laptop...

And soon as I got it did a fresh install of windows 11, from recovery USB drive purchased from Amazon 2 year ago or so, and went through the overnight update process via Ethernet, not Wi-Fi.

This was a total erase ALL DRIVES, AND PREVIOUS WINDOWS VERSIONS.

So next I tried to get all the gaming apps installed and downloaded AMD graphics updates...

That's when I noticed it wouldn't let me install and auto detection software to get the most to recent drivers for cpu & graphics.

So checking properties for permissions I noticed the OS environment is Windows_NT and cpu system variables are amd64.... NOT AMD ZEN AS RYZEN LEVEL CPUS SHOULD BE!

WHAT IS THIS ABOUT... IS THIS A REMOTE HACKED LAPTOP... THIS SEEMS TO WRONG TO BE JUST BAD DATA...
