BSOD

BSOD with the message driver irql_less_or_not_equal. I tried installing the latest drivers and checking if there were problems with memory but nothing seems to work. It comes occasionally and I'm not sure of the cause. Some days it won't happen and some days it would happen 6 times.

Here's the minidump file for the latest crash https://drive.google.com/file/d/1sW3b7EU5iVQRf5bTJ1sQJeJDhvnf6MVR/view?usp=sharing

    Thanks for updating me.

Have you tried to update the driver from this official link?

    https://www.asus.com/supportonly/fx506hc/helpde...

Regarding your question, if your computer does not encounter BSOD with the wifi adapter, so, you can use it as the built-in network adapter may have an issue.

    Please keep me posted.

Thank you, another thing, I’ve had similar problems before about being unable to connect to my wifi so I bought a TP-link wifi adapter to plug in as a temporary solution. Do you think replacing my wifi adapter would help the situation?Image

    Hi ,

I'm Dyari. Thanks for reaching out. I will be happy to assist you in this regard.

The minidump file indicates rtwlane.sys as a cause of the BSOD which is related to RealTek Network adapter.

To fix the issue, kindly go to the manufacturer's official website and download then install the latest network driver.

Or you can download it from the Realtek official website:

    https://www.realtek.com/en/downloads

Please let me know if you need further assistance and keep me updated.

    Have a nice day
