Kernel Issues, what could be the source ?

Hello I have had constant browser tab crashes for a few days (several browser-softwares) and since today even bluescreens.

If its a bluescreen I get the info that ntoskrnl.exe does not work.

The hardware is still quite new and was rather expensive, I need it for homeoffice work. I have no way to work in an office so I kindly ask for help to identify the issue.

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1WZUjLzWNu9t8S0FFt0EhgkydKgQeb4Jp/view?usp=sharing this zipfile should contain the dmp files

I tried to read them myself and noticed that even the antivirus software has issues.

I updated the graficcards drivers (no uninstallation, simple update through software).

Only major changes I can remember is downloading an AI model, installing Sharefile and installing / using unreal engine.

Memory check found no issues and virus search is zero as well.

Thank you in advance.

These .dmp files looks to be memory issue, or some os corruption... Can you cmos reset and update bios and leave it as is ROG STRIX B760-A GAMING WIFI | Motherboards | ROG Canada (asus.com) as I notice you are in 5600MHz for your ram in your .dmp file, whichh is an OC. After that, pls try reproducing the error again, else do dism/sfc scans, or reinstall windows via usb. Also pls do not use driver verifier

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Your minidump files just indicate generic system errors.

To try to force Windows 11 show any faulting drivers, the best option would be to turn on Driver Verifier, let your PC crash 3 times, then you must turn off Driver Verifier, and finally, upload any newly created minidump files

Before you run Driver Verifier, please create a new System Restore Point

    https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/for...

Note, if you have any difficulty getting into Windows with Driver Verifier enabled:

Start your PC, just as Windows attempts to load (spinning dots), press and hold Power Button for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a Hard Shut Down

    Do this twice

On the third start Windows will boot into the Recovery Environment and from there you can access System Repair, Safe Mode, Command Prompt... etc.

Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Option - Startup Settings and click Restart

Upon restart, press 4 to enter Safe Mode

Open Command Prompt as Administrator and run these two commands, then restart your PC.

    verifier /reset

    verifier /bootmode resetonbootfail
