Hi Sanjay,
Microsoft won't release a fix for this. It has stated, "Automatic resolution of this issue won't be available in a future Windows update. Manual steps are necessary to complete the installation of this update on devices which are experiencing this error." - Source: Microsoft Learn
Option 1: Extending the Recovery partition should resolve the issue. You can do it manually using diskpart (one of us here will help you) or use the PowerShell script released by Microsoft. See my post here: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-update/kb5034441-windows-recovery-environment-update-for/20bfb296-ecf6-4a7c-b4af-a698e51f69e7?messageId=4a69527c-cc37-4270-9e82-6b1b86ab8cf6. Either way, it's suggested to backup the data beforehand just in case something happens.
Option 2: You can also repair install Windows 10. See instructions in this link. If the Recovery partition is located next to the OS partition, the repair install procedure will automatically resize it and install KB503411 for you.
