Network permissions issue

Hi,

I was not able to install some Adobe App after install Windows 11.
I've contact adobe support and send me other install file for all app I need.

But I've some issue around it, always around network problem even if I'm connect by ethernet directly on my internet hub service, I've try on the wifi too, that's the same.
Some license of my professional software doesn't success, some driver don't install correctly...
So make a lot of research, always contact company support, and one of my important hardware supply (soundcard) need a proper driver install (need futher installation) in the device manager I that crash after some working hours, in video call and etc..

So I finally make a reformate with a clean install of Windows without losing files, and that's the same.

So some app I was cannot install it again and I contact Adobe again... They invest little more to my PC by distant desktop sharing.

They found that's a Permission Issue. They create a new administrator user and the app install work well.

I'm suppose to be the administrator user already, so I don't understand.
And they recommend me to contact Windows support.

So, how can I get all permission as administrator on my original user account or merge those account together to transfer my desktop file and app in a same administrator user?

Maybe I make a mistake with something when I had install windows and I've create my original account ?

Thanks you,

    Hi, François Chamberland.

    Welcome to Microsoft support community.

We noticed you are having problem with account permission and how to migrate account profile.

Thanks for reaching us for your question.

As for the user permission it is actually more complex than admin user / standard user. To be honest as a community supporter I have not even grasp enough knowledge about it. I do not know what your permission issue really is since I am not the remote supporter at that time.

Unfortunately, because the complex nature of computer system there does not seem to be an automatic way to merge two accounts, so the best solution for us is probably trying to figure out what permission issue is.

If you have no idea what type of account is in your previous setting. We suggest:

Login to that account. Open Settings. Click Accounts. Click Your info. There should be a most basic indication about if you are running a admin account or not.

Otherwise, you could open start menu; search CMD; open it. Input command:

    net user <your username>

There should be more detail information about the account info of that account(if you are using the admin account from Windows default setup there should  be a  Administrators group in account info).

Below is something I found with more complete view of user account. If you are interested, visit: Security identifiers | Microsoft Learn

Let me know your thoughts. Looking forward about your reply.
