PC crashing when using 3D

I have recurrent crashes of some games (all those that crashes use 3D). The game window turn to black, and the game crashes, generally after a freeze and a loud buzzing noise (coming from the headset, not from the pc itself).
I have tried to reinstall my GPU drivers which didn't change anything.

I don't know if or how it's related but there's random spikes in the use of the my GPU's 3D (GPU in question is NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070)

If you cannot find a version of that driver that is stable on your system, it may be best to get your graphics tested at a PC repair shop.

Have you tried installing a couple of slightly older versions of the driver to try to find a version that is stable on your system?

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Completely remove the current Nvidia device driver using the widely available free DDU utility, then restart your PC and go to the Nvidia website to download and install a slightly older version of the Nvidia device driver.

A slightly older version of that driver is more stable than the latest version.
