we have some subdomains which needs to be deleted as they are hampering our website traffic along with our online ad activities because they are marked as “heavily abused”. Here is list of domains that needs to be deleted:

  1. cpanel.e-gyaan.com
  2. cpcontacts.e-gyaan.com
  3. mail.e-gyaan.com
  4. webdisk.e-gyaan.com
  5. webmail.e-gyaan.com

Me and my team is unaware how these subdomains are created and we are not able to figure out how to delete them from our Azure account. I would really appreciate if you could assist us in it.

@Devyani Dey , I used digwebinterface to look up the sub domains. Most have A records pointing to 103.53.43.82, while webmail.e-gyaan.com has a CNAME pointing to your e-gyaan.com, which I'm assuming you may want to keep.

nslookup shows the bigrock.in as the DNS registrar. You will need to login to that registrar to remove the subdomain and A records.
