FH5 crashing

Question

My graphics card recently has died and has been replaced by an old one that I have had. As a launch FH5 I get a compatibility warning stating that my graphics drivers are old and can mess with the game. I ignored it since the graphics card I have now is old, but still can be used. The game then launches into fullscreen as a black frame. Then it just crashes. I have tried deleting my appdata and reinstalling, I have also tried reinstalling it normally.

Note: My windows update is also not working, in general. So if a solution involves restarting my computer to adjust something. I cant do that.

Unfortunately, the GTX 650 Ti's performance is too low for Forza Horizon's hardware requirements.

The minimum GPU requirement for Forza Horizon is a GTX 970, and the GTX 650 Ti is less than a third of the performance of a GTX 970.

You will not be able to play Forza Horizon with a GTX 650 Ti in any case.
