How do I disable Ctrl+E to start the laser pointer function

Operating System: Windows 10 System Manufacturer: Dell Inc.

No matter what interface I am in, when I press Ctrl+E for me, Laser pointer mode will pop up and the mouse will change to laser pointer style. Also, when I press ctrl+L it's a magnifying glass and Ctrl+J is a spotlight. How do I solve this problem to turn off this feature?

Thank you.

Does the issue persist in a clean boot state?

Type “msconfig” (without quotes) and press Enter.

In the System Configuration window, select the Services tab.

Check the box next to “Hide all Microsoft services”. Ensure you do it carefully, and not disable all Microsoft services.

Click on “Disable all”.

Select the Startup tab and click on “Open Task Manager”.

In the Task Manager window, select each startup item and click on “Disable”.

Close Task Manager and click on OK in the System Configuration window.

Restart your computer.

    Hi,
I'm Sumit, here to answer your query at the Microsoft Community.

The symptoms point to a problem with Powertoys utility, however the shortcuts do not match. Do you have it installed?

I look forward to your reply.

I did not install this program
