Log in problems

When i boot up my PC, the screen displays my name and picture as well as an option to click “sign in” when i click that, itll say please wait and then revert back to “sign in”. So i cant sign in at all. I tried to boot into safe mode and it did the same thing. I need help!

    This problem is caused by a corruption of your user profile. You can use the system restore to restore your computer to a previous point before the problem.

    1-Restart your computer while holding the “Shift” button

    2-The Advanced Startup menu will open on the boot.

    3-Go to Troubleshoot.

    4-Now, go to Advanced Options > System restore

    5-Select a restore point and click on next to restore
