    Hi, Kayz.

    Welcome to Microsoft support community.

It seems that you are having problem with computer constantly freezing. And you have tried to find the clue in the event viewer but only found message at the title. Which is pretty frustrating obviously.

    May I know:

    • How long have you been into this issue? Is this after some software or system update?
    • When you say freezing, does that mean your computer completely stuck on one display? Can you make any interaction in that state?

To address your concern, the error message you provide at its surface is an network related issue, which should not cause the system to halt usually. So we might need to look to another clue.

    • Press Ctrl+ Alt+ Delete and check if there is any response during freezing.
    • Navigate to the Event viewer, use Save all Event as at right panel, and send us that file with private message. Specifically, those category
      • Application event log: Application Error, which suggests a crash or relevant system process
      • System Event logs [1]
    • Check if you could find the minidump file under
         %SystemRoot%\Minidump

While above suggestion might not solve your problem instantly, I hope at least it will help you; feel free to keep the situation updated so we could continue investigation. Looking forward about your reply.
