Windows activation error after upgrading RAM

Hi,

I have genuine OEM windows license that came with my HP laptop. I got RAM upgraded from 8 GB to 16 GB, and since then I am facing issues with Windows 11 activation.

By looking at the other similar posts, I ran slmgr.vbs /dlv, but that throws error - 0xC000022.

After this, I installed ShowKeyPlus app and it does show me the Installed Key, OEM Key, OEM Edition.

How to fix the activation error now ?

Thanks

Please provide a screenshot of what ShowKeyPlus indicates and please hide any product key that may appear in that screenshot.

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    Open Command Prompt as Administrator.

Run this command and press Enter:

    slmgr /rilc

When that completes, close Command Prompt and go to the activation window in the Settings app to run the activation troubleshooter to see if the OEM licence will activate.
