Getting Stuff back

I recently reset my computer because it was acting weird, I reset it but lost all apps and passwords and was wondering how to get it back. File Explorer on taskbar wont open also.

I did not factory reset I reset my computer which said it would keep everything

    Hi co,

    I'm Sumit, here to answer your query at the Microsoft Community.

    The Reset removes all the apps, so apps not being there is expected. For the files, are you sure you are not being logged in to a temporary account?

    Please check if you can find your files in C:/Users/<username>/ or C:\Windows.old\Users/<username>
