Mixed Reality Error code 1-4

Hi! I have such a problem. I use lenovo explorer. It worked as it should for a while, but then it just turned off and now it writes error 1-4 in WMR. All cables are connected correctly, I do not use adapters. I reinstalled everything I could, tried different ways on the Internet, but nothing helps, please help. Now my monitor is connected via DisplayPort, and the headset via hdmi, and when the helmet is connected, the screen starts blinking and there are sounds of disconnecting some device, then everything returns to normal and error 1-4 appears.

    Hello! The problem arose quite recently, a couple of days ago, I did not take any action before the error. I will try to contact the support of Lenovo
