I have recently as of the past week been getting BSOD with a MEMORY MANAGEMENT error listed. I have run many of the inbuilt tools to help with this thing and searched online to no success. I don't know what information to provide other than these minidump files in a ZIP. These are from two seperate crashes I believe https://1drv.ms/u/s!Asr4hP9vehIYa3LDwX7Pmy4vC9E?e=GNoYsb Please help!

Did you receive any new BSOD after you updated the Bios?

If you didn't receive any new BSOD, the update of Bios might have fixed the problem, and don't need to do any further steps.

If you are still receiving the BSOD, try to reset the Bios settings to the defaults.

1-Power on your computer while pressing the Del key repeatedly to enter on Bios

2-Press the F6 key to load the optimized defaults and confirm that you want to load the defaults

3-Press F10 to save the change and reboot your PC

If the problem persists, please share the new minidumps.

I did update my bios as recommended by the other user, but don't know how to do a CMOS reset and am kind of intimidated.
I don't have a flash drive to use memtest86, but I did use a similar application, OCCT, which found no issue. Please inform.

It may also be worth noting that this problem first came to my attention playing DOTA 2, where I recieved the infamous "pak01.vpk is corrupt" issue which supposedly is also related to memory issues.

Hi, Tony. I'm Robinson, and I’m happy to help you today.

The minidumps indicate that the crash was caused by a problem with the RAM. An outdated version of Bios or a hardware issue could be the cause of the problem.

You can use a tool called MemTest86 to test your RAM and scan it for errors. You can see how to do it at this link.

All 2 of these .dmp files are just ram issue... Do a cmos reset and leave bios as is, and looks like your bios is outdated as per your .dmp files pls update PRO Z690-A DDR4 (msi.com)
