since yesterday when I tried to open my PC, I put in the correct password and ``your credentials could not be verified'' appeared, can you help me. I also tried with safe mode and it still doesn't work

    This issue may be caused by a system service failing to start properly.

    Please try bypassing the login and then create a new account for testing purposes.

    You can follow the steps explained in this discussion to create a new local account on your computer, without connecting it to a Microsoft account or using a password. This process doesn't need an internet connection, and it works for Windows 11 as well:

    Just remember to put utilman.exe back where it belongs after.

    After entering the system, create a new administrator account for testing purposes. If the new account functions without issues, you can copy the data from the old account to the new one and then exclusively use the new account.

    If you can't sign in through the above method, you may need to reinstall Windows using a USB drive. The good news is you can choose to keep your files when you reinstall. For detailed instructions, you can refer to this guide:
