direct 12x bugged?
When I try to log on World Of Warcraft as Microsoft owns it, my screen would freeze at login. Sometimes the screen would go black. I have top of the line parts. All drivers have been updated. I think Direct 12x is the problem. I tried to go back to Direct 11x but am not able to. Here are the screenshots of DxDiag. I have exchanged few messages with GMs of Blizzard and they are not able to solve. I even asked and searched the WoW forums. You are my last chance.

2024-06-29T16:01:21+00:00 Alright. I was able to download the DDU utility. Reinstalled 3 different previous AMD drivers. Screen would go black and freeze at login. I can watch videos, search the net and other things no problem. Just cannot play World of Warcraft. Any other suggestions? Download drivers for Windows 10 instead of 11? Thanks

Your screenshots of the DirectX utility indicates there is a problem with the AMD graphics drivers, they are not installed correctly.
Completely remove the current AMD graphics driver using the widely available free DDU utility, then restart your PC and go to the AMD website to download and install their recommended version of the graphics card device driver.
A slightly older version of that driver is more stable than the latest version.
