Hi Christopher. My name is Lester, and I am an Independent Advisor. I'd be more than happy to assist you. I'm so sorry that you are experiencing this issue. Don't worry, I'll do everything I can to help you.

May I know the make and model of your device? Press Windows + R then type MSINFO32 then hit Enter:

In the meantime, try reinstalling the Bluetooth Driver:

Right-click on the Start Menu and select 'Device Manager.'

Click on 'View' and choose 'Show hidden devices.'

    Expand 'Bluetooth.'

Right-click on your Bluetooth driver and select 'Uninstall.'

Check 'Delete the driver software for this device.'

Select 'Uninstall' and confirm the uninstallation.

Restart your PC and check if the issue persists.

I hope this helps. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any more questions. Thank you.
