I am having similar issue like this thread: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/high-powershell-cpu-usage/abf43567-3203-44e2-b1da-2c0c066f588e?page=1

On the Task Schedular tab in Autoruns are two yellow entries for Adobe, uncheck both of those and then restart your PC to apply that change, and wait to see if that solves the problem.

    Thank you for the screenshots.

On the Scheduled Tasks tab in Autoruns, uncheck the 3 Firefox entries (shown below), then restart your PC to see if that stops the PowerShell popups.

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Click the link below to download a small free utility that does not require installation.

    https://download.sysinternals.com/files/Autorun...

When the file downloads, unzip it.

    Run Autoruns64 as Administrator

    1

Type ps1 into the Filter box at the top of Autoruns

Please provide a screenshot of that Autoruns window.

    2

Clear that text from the Filter Box, then select the Scheduled Tasks tab at the top of Autoruns.

Please provide a screenshot of all entries on that Scheduled Tasks window.
