Evan, do you still need help? I saw you have marked the answer but also had a follow up that your sign in doesn't work.

If you are using a work /school email address to sign in during OOBE, unless your device is deployed with autopilot, it is expected to fail.

Do you have any option to cancel or back out of it? If you don't mind, share a screenshot where you are at.

Continue setup with work account. Later, you can disconnect from work account and switch to personal account.

    Hello, this is Emily.

After you picked for work or school during OOBE process, can you tell me - did you opt for a local user sign in, or an actual work or school account/email sign in?

If you are not sure, hold down Windows + R keys, type in netplwiz and press enter. When it is launched, is there a local user listed (not in email format).

    Thanks!
