I was working on my laptop and suddenly a Blue Screen error showed up today. After trying Ctr+Alt+Del and other resorts, since the error window didn't even budge, I directly shutdown my laptop. Now, when I'm trying to turn it on, the system is starting, fans are working but the display is totally blank with not even boot up graphaphics showing up. I use hp 14s ryzen 5 laptop with dual boot win 11 and linux

From the above pic, earlier when I used to use my laptop, the led used to blink but now it is static

If you can access BIOS to update your BIOS, what happens now on your screen when you boot up your laptop?

It didn't boot. It's the same as it was earlier.

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Disconnect the laptop from mains electricity.

Press and hold the power button on the case of your laptop for 30 seconds.

    Wait 30 minutes

Reconnect the power cable and start your laptop, does it boot into Windows?
