contact support is useless

I'm trying to ask a simple question about why the OneDrive access I'm paying for doesn't work--it doesn't show new files added from one system, on any other system.

Trying to get support chat, I receive the very unhelpful:
You don't have permission to access "http://support.microsoft.com/en-us/contactus" on this server.

This is a little ridiculous. The only thread in this forum that mentions that error message is locked, falsely saying it's the user's fault and blaming it on the country they're in.

I'm in the USA. Last time I checked, Microsoft had a strong presence here.

I have the same problem. It started after I tried to stop the forced updates using services.msc and regedit. I'm pretty sure Microsoft is trying to suppress everything they can surrounding people who try to bypass certain built in "features" (I prefer the term malware) that do things like forcing updates.
