HELLO!
I'm having trouble getting Bluetooth to work on my Windows 11 PC.

It's my mouse that doesn't work
I have a Glorious Model O 2 Wireless Mouse
I have installed Glorious CORE
I have set Bluetooth enable in Bios
I have looked up all Bluetooth in Services and set these as below
Startup type: Automatic
Service status: Start
Then I restarted the computer.
Settings->Bluetooth and Devices->Bluetooth ->Here the Bluetooth option is missing
Settings->Bluetooth and Devices->Devices->Add device->Bluetooth -> Error message "Could not start Enable Bluetooth on this Windows device"
Settings->System->Troubleshoot-Other troubleshooting->Bluetooth->Run->Windows cannot find a way to start Bluetooth
Device manager->No device called Bluetooth exists in the list
Is there anything else I can try? Grateful for answers.
Fredrik

    Hi Fredrik,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

I'm Hahn and I'm here to help you with your concern.

It sounds like you've done quite a bit of troubleshooting already. Here are a few more steps you can try to get Bluetooth working on your Windows 11 PC:

    Update or Reinstall Bluetooth Drivers:

    • Go to your PC manufacturer’s website and download the latest Bluetooth drivers.
    • If you have a separate Bluetooth adapter, visit the adapter’s manufacturer website for the drivers.

Check Device Manager for Hidden Devices:

    • Open Device Manager.
    • Click on View and select Show hidden devices.
    • Check if any Bluetooth devices appear under Network Adapters or Other devices. If so, update their drivers.

System File Checker (SFC) and DISM:

    • Open Command Prompt as an administrator.
    • Type sfc /scannow and press Enter. Let it complete.
    • After that, type DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth and press Enter.

Run the Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter:

    • Open Command Prompt as an administrator.
    • Type msdt.exe -id DeviceDiagnostic and press Enter.
    • Follow the on-screen instructions.

    Contact Manufacturer Support:

    • If none of the above solutions work, contacting your PC manufacturer’s support for further assistance might be necessary.

If none of these steps work, it could be a hardware issue. If your PC doesn't have built-in Bluetooth, using an external Bluetooth dongle might be the simplest solution.

Let me know if any of these steps help or if you need further assistance!

    Your Sincerely
