Windows 11 Failed to start error 0xc000000f

hello all,

im getting problem when booting to my windows 11 it says:

Status: 0xc000000f

Info: A required device isn't connected or can't be accessed

i created bootable usb drive then run several command based on other forum:

  • C:
  • bootrec /fixmbr --> Completed successfully
  • bootrec /fixboot --> access is denied
  • bootrec /scanos --> total identified windows installations : 0
  • bootrec /rebuildbcd --> total identified windows installations : 0
  • bcdedit /export c:\bcdbackup --> store export failed & system cannot find file specified

can anyone help me to solve this problem?

    In your description, you encountered a 0xc000000f error when booting your computer with a message that your desired device is not connected or cannot be accessed.

    This is most likely due to the corruption of the boot partition on your system hard disk. We suggest you to go through the following steps to fix or avoid this problem from recurring.

    Please unplug your hard disk from your computer and plug it into another computer, back up your data, back up your data and then format this hard disk.

    After formatting, plug it back into your computer, and then, when you boot your computer, go into BIOS mode, and in BIOS mode, insert the bootable USB drive that you created, and reinstall the system through the bootable USB drive that you created.
