In your description, you encountered a 0xc000000f error when booting your computer with a message that your desired device is not connected or cannot be accessed.
This is most likely due to the corruption of the boot partition on your system hard disk. We suggest you to go through the following steps to fix or avoid this problem from recurring.
Please unplug your hard disk from your computer and plug it into another computer, back up your data, back up your data and then format this hard disk.
After formatting, plug it back into your computer, and then, when you boot your computer, go into BIOS mode, and in BIOS mode, insert the bootable USB drive that you created, and reinstall the system through the bootable USB drive that you created.
