Mouse rolling screen to screen

I have two LG 34in monitors stacked. My mouse is working fine accept that when I move the mouse to the bottom of the bottom screen it scrolls through to the top of the top screen. Same with if I move my mouse to top of the top screen it rolls through to the bottom of the bottom screen. There is no stop limit for the bottom of the bottom screen or the top of the top screen. How to make it that my mouse stays within the confines of the top and bottom limits.
