Hi, I just did a factory reboot on my computer and it doesn't seem that I can access my C drive. I've read some article about this and it just doesn't work. also note that I can open CMD but I can't really run any necassary commands to help me resolve this issue, it always says I'm not privilege enough to execute the command, the same thing happen when I go properties on my disk and try to change the ownership. I can download stuff, but it will failed to launch and a prompt will say " the network path was either typed incorrectly, does not exist, or the network provider is not currently available

    Hi Ivan,

I'm Sumit, here to answer your query at the Microsoft Community.

It seems like the Factory Image was corrupt. If there are files, which I think does not apply, you can rescue them.

If that doesn't help, consider doing a clean install after rescuing your files.
