HI I was wanting someone from Microsoft to answer a question for me please. I just read an article that said that windows 24h2 will only be offered to copilot + pc.s I understand that part of the article. What I would like to now is will consumer computers and laptops be offered windows 11 24h2 when it is released? I am just simply asking just for Clarity?

Windows 11 24H2 will be released to all devices, it is already being released for those who opted in for the Release Preview Channel.
What will be offered only to Copilot + PC devices are the AI features, such as Recall.
