Hello. Odd, I wonder why the computer is having issues with IPV6. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The unexpexted power off could be anything from a power outage to a cat walking on keyboard pressing the power button. reset ip any ways if there are issues with IPV6 or if your internet provider do not allow or have IPV6 disableing IPV6 later mayhelp later. For now though I would try the ip reset,

    cmd.exe

    netsh int ip reset

    exit

    Hi KARAN,

I'm Dyari. Thanks for reaching out. I will be happy to assist you in this regard.

Please go to C:\Windows\Minidump and copy any minidump files you find to your desktop. Afterward, share these files through OneDrive or Google Drive so we can analyze them and identify the specific file that's causing the crash.
