I am trying to install an update in Windows 10. The version of the update is KB5034441. But each time, it is failing with error 0x80070003. Other updates are installing properly. I tried every troubleshooting steps, but they are not working. I searched on web and found that the update is related to Windows Recovery Environment. I cannot fix this issue. Please help me to fix it. Thanks!

The KB5034441 update usually fails with the error code 0x80070643 instead of 0x80070003.

Please open Disk Management and maximize it. Post a screenshot.

Open an admin Command Prompt and run:

    • reagentc /info
    • reagentc /disable
    • dir c:\windows\system32\recovery /a

    Post the output here.
