    Hi Taduesz Dunin,

    Thanks for choosing Microsoft Community.

In your description, when you close a program, it opens two other programs.

What program did you close? And what programs did it open? Is this problem happening with many programs?

Could you please provide us with a screenshot or recorded video of the specific situation in question?

An error in the account profile may cause this issue, please refer to the following link to create a new local administrator account

Manage user accounts in Windows - Microsoft Support

See if the same issue exists in the new local account.

In addition, some third-party software conflicts may also cause this issue, please refer to the following link to start your PC in safe mode

Start your PC in safe mode in Windows - Microsoft Support

Then try the following steps for a clean boot in safe mode

    1. Tap on Windows+R and type msconfig
    2. Open System Configuration and select General tab - Selective Startup.
    3. Remove the checkmark of Load startup items.
    4. Go to the Services tab - click Hide all microsoft services in the lower left corner, and then click Disable all.
    5. Click OK and restart your computer. (Be sure to select Hide all Microsoft services first, and then click Disable all, otherwise it may lead to unforeseen problems such as not being able to access the system.)

Disclaimer: A “clean boot” starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. It helps to determine whether a background service is interfering with your game or program and to isolate the cause of a problem.

These steps of "clean boot" might look complicated at first glance. However, to avoid any trouble for you, please follow them in order and step-by step so that it will help you get back on track.

Please check if the same problem occurs in clean boot.

Please provide us with your relevant screenshots or videos and also, let me know the results of the above tests, looking forward to your reply.

    Best regards,

Zev - MSFT | Microsoft Community Support Specialist
