This appears to be related to issues with the hibernation file.
To resolve this:
- Choose Start and type "cmd". Open Command Prompt as admin.
- Enter the following line:
powercfg /hibernate off
- Reboot.
- Choose Start and type "cmd". Open Command Prompt as admin.
- Enter the following line:
powercfg /hibernate on
- Reboot.
This will clear out the hibernation file and rebuild it. With luck that should resolve your issue.
