My PC has been experiencing multiple BSOD errors over the past few days. On one occasion, it occurred while I was shutting down the PC, which then restarted on its own after the BSOD. Can anyone help me troubleshoot this issue?

    Hello!

My name is David N., and I am a Windows fan and assist users here with Windows questions. I will be happy to assist you with your issue.

This appears to be related to issues with the hibernation file.

    To resolve this:

    1. Choose Start and type "cmd". Open Command Prompt as admin.
    2. Enter the following line:

    powercfg /hibernate off

    1. Reboot.
    2. Choose Start and type "cmd". Open Command Prompt as admin.
    3. Enter the following line:

    powercfg /hibernate on

    1. Reboot.

This will clear out the hibernation file and rebuild it. With luck that should resolve your issue.

I hope this helps! Please let me know if this resolves your issue or if you require additional assistance.

    Regards,

    David N.
