Hi AZUL. My name is Lester, and I am an Independent Advisor. I'd be more than happy to assist you. I'm so sorry that you are experiencing this issue. Don't worry, I'll do everything I can to help you.

May I know the make and model of your device? Press Windows + R then type MSINFO32 then hit Enter:

Were there any changes made to your computer before the issue, such as installing new software or updates?

    1. Please look at your F keys (F1-F12) and look for the keyboard light icon. Press that key once to enable it, or press FN + that key.
    2. Run Keyboard troubleshooter:

Go to Settings > System > Troubleshoot.

    Select Other Troubleshooters

Scroll down and select Keyboard, then click on Run.

    1. Press Windows + X > Select Device Manager

    Expand the Keyboards section.

Right-click on your keyboard driver and select Uninstall

    Click Uninstall.

    Restart your computer.

    1. Go to your PC manufacturer's support website, then download and install the keyboard driver for your device.

I hope this helps. If you need further assistance, please let me know. Thank you.
