On the other system, open Malwarebytes settings, click "Security" and enable "Always register Malwarebytes in the Windows Security Center".
This replaces Defender with Malwarebytes.

I use Malwarebytes Premium and have done for years on both my Windows laptops. On one laptop in Windows Security Settings/Security Providers/Manage Providers it shows MWB is turned off and Windows Defender turned on.
When I click to turn MWB back on nothing happens.
However, the MWB app shows it is turned on and active.
How do I address this Windows Security bug? Thank you.

Hi John,
Great, glad it's fixed.
Regards,
Thanks Ramesh.
That MWB setting was already turned on. I figured I would simply toggle it off and back on again hoping it may reset itself and it worked.
MWB is turned on again in Security settings. I wouldn't have thought to try that without your suggestion so thanks again Ramesh.
