如何取消按住alt键拖动窗口？

在一些软件比如PS，Rhino中，按住alt键+鼠标一般都是复制物体，但是在一次更新后按住alt拖动鼠标变成了拖动整个窗口，我在网上查询了如何禁用alt拖但是没有找到合适的答案

    根据描述，重启电脑后已经恢复正常了。

    建议在发生问题的时候，打开任务管理器，重启资源管理器，看下是否有效？

    不行的话，可以逐个结束非Microsoft的进程，看下是否结束哪个进程后可以恢复正常。

    重启电脑后再次按住alt键移动鼠标就不会出现拖动窗口的问题了；
    但是之前在我所有的窗口都会出现，我不知道这种问题下一次出现会是在什么时候。

    我在 Microsoft Store，Edge，资源管理器，设置界面，这4个窗口中都进行了尝试，按住Alt 移动鼠标，不会拖动窗口。
    请问在上述几个窗口中有拖动窗口的情况吗？
    还是这个情况只在PS中出现？（或者其他系统内置的功能/窗口中有这个情况吗？）
