It also sometimes changes to different sounds. The flickering happens on all apps. Itried updating my driver but it says i have the best driver. It doesn't happen all the time. Please help.

Hi. My name is Lester, and I am an Independent Advisor. I'm sorry that you are experiencing this issue. I'd be more than happy to assist you.

Have you installed any new software or updates before the issue?

May I know the make and model of your device? Press Windows + R then type MSINFO32 then hit Enter:

Please take a screenshot of the resulting window and attach it in your next reply. Please cover personal/sensitive information.

  1. Try reinstalling the Display Driver:

Right-click the Start Menu > Select 'Device Manager'.

Click 'View' > Choose 'Show hidden devices'.

Expand 'Display adapters'.

Right-click on your display driver > Select 'Uninstall device'.

Check the option 'Delete the driver software for this device'

Select 'Uninstall' > Confirm the uninstallation.

Restart your PC, then check if the issue is resolved.

  1. Fix Corrupted System Files

On your search bar, type CMD, then right-click on the result and run as administrator.

Copy and paste the commands one at a time below, then press Enter:

DISM /Online /Cleanup-image /Checkhealth

DISM /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

sfc /scannow

Restart your PC then Test.

Note: This process may take some time and may get stuck at some point, but it will eventually continue. Your patience is requested.

I hope this information is helpful. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any more questions. Thank you
