That error code (0x8007007B - 0xA001B) usually indicates a problem with the USB you are trying to create the bootable USB on ,try using a different USB flash drive for the bootable USB.

I’m trying to make a bootable pendrive for windows 11 using the windows media creation tool. I was half way through it where the process has started but all of a sudden i ran into this error
