Left mouse button not working

My left mouse button is not quiet working. It works but I have to hold the button down to "click". I tried to change the primary button to be right and it still was the left button, that was broken. I also tried to delete the mouse driver, restart explorer etc. So the big problem now is, that I have to hold the left button down for a single click.

    The problem seems to be hardware related, if you try the mouse on a different device do you still get the same problem? Or is it the same problem when you try your own device with a different mouse?
