Hello, my PC recently started crashing and I'm trying to figure out the root cause of it. This is the error im getting: The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000000a (0xffff800000000440, 0x0000000000000002, 0x0000000000000000, 0xfffff8011443952b). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\052824-11687-01.dmp. Report Id: 4b6a3143-5530-41b1-9f29-e62e6ec9b991.
It happens somewhat regularly, seems to happen when I am writing/reading from the disk. But I am not certain.
Hardware is 2x Samsung 970 plus 2tb SSD.
ST2000DX002-2DV164
Seagate 8tb external HDD (this is my disk 3 and I am getting this error The IO operation at logical block address 0x0 for Disk 3 (PDO name: \Device\00000069) failed due to a hardware error.)
AMD 5950x
RTX 3090
Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 4x8gb

Hi Bryce, thank you for patiently waiting, upon analyzing and checking the DMP files, the error you have is WdFilter.sys, this is a Windows Driver framework that is associated with the drivers, which allows communication between hardware and connected device, for us to fix the issue, kindly follow the steps below and I hope that works:
Method 1. Run system file checker.
On Powershell(admin), copy, paste, and enter each command below:
sfc /scannow
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Once done restart the PC and check.
Method 2. Do clean boot:
A “clean boot” starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs, so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program.

If none will work from the above solution, I suggest doing an in-place upgrade wherein it will upgrade the device to the latest version and repair all issues without deleting any files.
Kindly follow the steps from this link:
