Problem with a feature on Copilot

Dear Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report an issue I am experiencing with the Copilot application. Despite using the most recent version of the app, I am unable to access the file upload feature, which is essential for my usage.

I have already attempted the following troubleshooting steps without success:

  • Reinstalling the app
  • Checking for any updates
  • Ensuring a stable internet connection

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I rely on this feature for important tasks and would appreciate any guidance or solution you could provide.

    At the same time, since copilot and Microsoft community are two different departments, you can feedback your situation to the copilot development team at the same time. You can refer to the screenshot below for feedback.

    At the same time, I also conducted some research and found that the file upload function cannot be used with the personal version of copilot, but it can be used after I switch to a business account. Can you check if you are using a business account? You can Make the switch.
