I keep getting random USB crashes and in the reliability monitor I found this.

    Hello, I'm Jan and I'm happy to help you today. I'm sorry that you are experiencing this problem. It is most likely related to the drivers or USB devices you recently plugged into those ports.

    1. If the issue only arises when a specific USB Peripheral Devices is connected

    Press the Windows key + X

    Open Device Manager

    locate the device drivers

    Select View

    then enable the: Show hidden devices.

    Locate those drivers and uninstall the drivers

    Restart your computer.

    The system should reinstall the drivers.

    Or Download the latest driver from the Manufacturer's support website.

    Also, Try to test each USB device on another computer, if it's causing the same problem.

    1. Reinstall and update the Chipset drivers.

    Download the latest chipset drivers from the motherboard Manufacturer's support website.

    1. Update the power settings for USB devices.

    Open Device Manager

    Locate the USB Root hubs USB 3.0 and USB root hub

    Power Management tab

    Disable the allow this computer to turn off this device to save power

    B. Enable the USB Selective to suspend settings

    Search "Edit power plan"

    Click "Change advance power settings"
