Recently started with a new game I was playing. Stop playing the game for now. However, now it BSOD at random, like going to mozzila, running a virus scan, ect. Not sure what the issue is. I read it could be a power supply issue, but not if it is. Just happen again, saw "Critical Process Died." Looked up Microsoft community and ran some commands per its recommendations. Was in the middle of running the following command and it BSOD again during the scan.

The command I was running:

*Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

To add, I thought maybe I needed to replace my thremal paste on my CPU. Did that, still BSOD and everything mentioned above happened.

If the computer runs slower after performing the steps, there is likely a problem with the graphics driver installation. Try to clean and install the driver using DDU.

    Display Driver Uninstaller

    https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-dr...

Run the application from Safe mode.

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/12376/...

    Select Clean and restart

    Once the drivers are uninstalled

Install the latest Graphics Card driver

Then share the latest Minidump file after a crash.

    Good morning,

Unfortunately, the suggestions above did not fix the issue. Now, my computer seems to run slower. I tried that play the game again (Ghost of Tsushima) on its lowest setting, my computer still shuts down randomly and restarts. Got back into my computer again, went to open firefox, BSOD.

The dmp file indicates errors related to third-party antivirus and errors related to graphics drivers. Disable any overclocking or xmp. If you are overclocking set all settings to its optimal safe default. Try each of the suggestions then observe if the system stabilizes.

    1. Completely uninstall the third-party antivirus Bitdefender and other cleaners using their uninstall tool.

    Then restart your computer.

    1. Clean and reinstall the graphics drivers. Download the latest Nvidia driver directly from the Manufacturer's support website. Do not use any third-party driver downloader software to download the driver.

    Select the Custom install

then select the Clean Installation Option.

    1. Reinstall the Intel WIFI network drivers. Download and install the driver directly from the manufacturer's support website. Do not use any third-party driver downloader software to download the driver. Restart your computer.
