    Hello stainley laveau.

    Welcome to the Microsoft community!

Thank you for the error message, I have noticed that your computer is automatically repeating the behavior of entering numbers and launching applications when you are not doing so. I understand the inconvenience this is causing you.

I'll provide some ideas for troubleshooting the issue below, and you can try starting in Safe Mode first:

Safe Mode allows Windows to boot in a basic state. If you don't have problems in Safe Mode, you will know that the default settings and basic device drivers are not the cause of this problem.

You can refer to the following link to boot your system in Safe Mode and see if the problem still occurs:

Start your PC in safe mode in Windows - Microsoft Support

If there is no problem, then you can proceed to try the following steps:

    1. Clean Boot

You can refer to the following link to perform a clean boot to further troubleshoot the issue:

How to perform a clean boot in Windows - Microsoft Support

Disclaimer: Clean boot is a process of starting Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs so that you can determine if background programs are interfering with your games or programs, and to help you identify the cause of the problem. The steps of "Clean Boot" may seem complicated at first glance, but to avoid any trouble, please follow them in order, step by step, and it will help you get back on track.

    1. Reinstall and update the keyboard driver

    Reinstall the driver:

    Right-click Start Menu > Device Manager > Keyboard > Right-click under Keyboard > Uninstall/Update.

It will be reinstalled automatically after restarting your computer.

    1. Create a new local account

You can refer to the following link to create a new local account and see if the problem can be solved:

Create a local user or administrator account in Windows - Microsoft Support

If the Safe Mode issue still persists, it is recommended that you contact the manufacturer of your computer brand for assistance in case the hardware is causing the problem.

    Sincerely
