Problem with activation after reset
Hi , I've recently reset my innjoo laptop and when I restarted it needed activation even though before it was activated and well. Now I can barely use the previous features I had before reset and even with YouTube videos and putting the "product key" I got from the PC it says that the product key is unfit for it and idk what to do please help

2024-05-29T09:17:02+00:00 unfortunatly even while using the app it told me that it was invalid and that it was the default product key. idk what to do,im stuck ,before it worked perfectly now im stuck with the annoying activate windows icon on the side

2024-05-28T18:55:48+00:00 How did you retrieve the product key from the laptop. Was it from the embedded bios command?
Get ShowKeyPlus from the Store and input the key in Check edition. Does the info about the key match the currently installed windows installation.
You can post a screenshot of both the Check edition info and the current installation info if you are not sure. Blank out most of the key code leaving the last 5 characters.
