Hi,

I have experienced BSOD code (19C) and I have uploaded the DMP file on below wetransfer link:

https://we.tl/t-sAIVDVywtb

Please advise for the problem so that I can fix it from my side. I have rolled back the Intel uhd driver with no result.

It sometimes shows this bluescreen (win32k power watchdog timeout) when the laptop is locked and come back after some time and press a button on the keyboard.

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Your minidump file indicates that it is the device driver on your Nvidia graphics card that is causing the system to crash

Completely remove the current Nvidia device driver using the widely available free DDU utility, then restart your laptop and go to the support page for your laptop on the manufacturer's website to download and install their recommended version of the Nvidia device driver.

A slightly older version of that driver is more stable than the latest version.
