Dear community,

I want to limit the amount of recipients an employee can put in the TO and CC field, they should instead use the BCC field. I saw that in mailflow, you have this functionality but this uses a combination of the TO CC and BCC field. Is there any way how you can do this, or code an add-on yourself which can do this functionality?

    Hi @M S

Currently there aren't any built-in features to achieve this.

If you set recipient limits for the organization, it will not only set a limit on the TO and CC filed, but also on the BCC field.

I suppose that you may need to look for some third-party add-ins for Outlook.

The only way I can think of doing this is via some add-in that runs on the client.
