.NETframework issue.

Hello my name is Jan. I have a problem with downloading a game on EA SPORT!!!!! But their contact guy Ajay said that they cant do anything because it is a NET Framework error and that I should contact you even doe it is an error with downloading their game. So I get this pop up when I try to download the game ( I provided a SS) and I tried to install the new framework version but it just says that my operative system already has it. So I checked the game files and the game for some reason uses the old Framework.

    • Which game are you trying to download and install from EA (you forgot the screenshot),

    and what brand and model cpu and graphics processor does your machine use ?

    Would that old version of .NET Framework be v3.5 or older ?

    If so, you may need to enable .NET 3.5 in....

    Settings > System > Optional Features > Related Settings - More Windows Features...

    Verify the box next to .NET Framework 3.5 is ticked ( The other two sub headings don't need to be enabled for games).

    [Or via - Control Panel > Programs and Features - Turn Windows Features On or Off (top left ]
